Ali has been with Upward for four years. She has worked across several departments and now brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as manager of the Collections team. In her spare time, she loves baking, gardening and working out with friends and family.

Jeremy has been with Upward Management for four years. He currently manages the Retrievals and Asset Management team. His hobbies include evening walks with his wife and playing catch with his son.

John brings over a decade of experience in customer service, operations, and sales to his role as Dealer Support manager. Outside of work, he loves learning, spending time outdoors with his wife and twin boys, coaching baseball, and racing.

Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance to the Upward team.  She oversees accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.  In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
