Our Leaders

  • Founder & Owner

With over 13 years of experience in the shed industry, Matthew Weaver has served as both an RTO company owner and a leader of multiple independently owned businesses. In recent years, his focus has shifted from daily operations to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, helping them grow businesses with lasting impact.

Driven by a passion to use business as a platform for eternal purpose, Matthew is committed to building great businesses for a greater cause.

Outside of work, he enjoys life on a hobby farm in North Carolina with his wife and six children. Together, they raise much of their own food and provide opportunities for children to connect with their Creator through hands-on experiences with God’s creation.

  • President

Tanner Leibee began his career in the shed industry in 1996, selling his first shed and soon after delivering buildings with nothing more than a handyman jack and PVC pipes. Over time, the business grew to four locations with ten employees before his father sold the company.

Following this chapter, Tanner and his wife, Rebecca, pursued their calling as Bible storytellers, spending eight years living in a mud hut in Ghana, Africa. Their time there was transformative—they returned with deeper insights than they had ever expected to teach. Though now settled in North Carolina, they continue to take ministry trips abroad.

Today, Tanner leads multiple RTO companies and serves on the advisory board of the National Shed Rental Association (NSRA). He’s passionate about the power of story and loves exploring meaningful ways to communicate through narratives, questions, and thoughtful conversation.
